Trellidor birthday winners help keep children safe
Trellidor has been built on the core values of strength, trust and integrity. For 40 years we have committed to providing the communities we serve with the highest quality security barriers. We firmly believe that all peace-loving citizens have the right to feel safe.
To celebrate our 40th birthday we called upon all South Africans to nominate a special person or organisation within their community that epitomised our values. The entrant would win R20 000 worth of Trellidor products, and their nominated hero, Trellidor products to the value of R40 000.
So many selflessly helping others
We were overwhelmed by the responses which we received. It highlighted just how many motivated individuals there are around our country, who are selflessly trying to make a positive difference in their communities.
Selecting a winner from all these worthy nominations was no easy task. But after deliberating, our panel of judges had all agreed that there was one organisation that truly encapsulated the Trellidor ethos.
Baby Hope House
We extend a big thank you to Margaret Eksteen for nominating Baby Hope House in Pinetown.
This inspiring organization works tirelessly to provide hope, care, and love to the most vulnerable members of our society. It is a place of safety for abandoned babies. It is also a place of hope with the goal being to find forever families for the special children in their care.
On the 19th of May Trellidor visited Baby Hope House. It was a memorable day as we broke the news that they were the worthy winners in our 40 years strong competition.
An elated Lynne Pieterse of Baby Hope House was on hand to receive this incredible news. Wen asked about the difference this would make, she said:
“It is certainly going to mean that we can feel more secure and will allow us to protect all those windows that don’t have burglar guards.”
We are looking forward to visiting Baby Hope House in the very near future as we secure their establishment with our strong and dependable Trellidor security barriers.
