Trellidor wins silver at Homemakers Expo Gauteng 01 March 2012
Trellidor’s stand at the 2012 Homemakers Expo at Johannesburg’s Coca Cola Dome was outstanding enough to have won a silver medal. The stand was one of the larger ones and was situated in a prominent position near the main entrance. Trellidor’s distinctive blue signage was highly visible and frequently used as a landmark for visitors to the exhibition. “Our stand was very busy this year, with many visitors curious about our new ranges, Trellidor Clear Guard and Trellidor Rollerstyle. We had working, life size samples of these products and they proved a hit with exhibition-goers that wanted to try them out for themselves,” said Trellidor Regional Manager for Gauteng, Kevin Bonner. The stand arrangement allowed for plenty of movement between the various product displays, and there were always plenty of Trellidor franchise owners and staff on hand to help. “I want to thank our Gauteng franchises for their enthusiastic participation. They really committed themselves to making the show a success,” said Bonner. Trellidor’s entire range was on display, including Trellidor Retractable Security gates sporting Trellidor’s patented 3-point locking system, and all Trellidor’s burglar guard ranges in addition to the new products. Visitors included architects, property developers, homeowners in the process of doing alterations or building new homes, builders and those just out for the day enjoying the show. “We ended the expo with excellent leads from customers as far away as Gansbaai, Empangeni and Kimberley. Many customers have holiday homes around our coastline and are looking to secure these against break-ins when these homes are unoccupied, while others were looking for alternatives to secure their Johannesburg or Pretoria homes.” |
