Lucky Soweto Customer wins R25 000 worth of Trellidors!30 March 2010 Klipspruit West resident Pat Louw (pictured far right) was the lucky winner of R25 000 worth of Trellidor security barriers in a competition run jointly by Trellidor's Soweto franchise and Kaya FM radio. The draw took place at Maponya Mall on the last Saturday in March, with DJ Reggie Philander doing the honours. The competition was promoted on Kaya FM for the week before the final draw, with entry forms available from Trellidor Soweto's premises as well as from Trellidor's website. Ten finalists were drawn and they all attended the final draw at Trellidor's stand in Maponya Mall's Food Hall on the Saturday. Each of the ten finalists had a key to the Trellidor security gate on the stand and there was much tension in the air as they all hoped that they held the lucky key. A delighted Mr Louw's key number 8 opened the Trellidor and he was declared the winner.
The prize includes fixed and/or sliding Trellidor security gates for doors and windows. The security barriers will be custom made to fit the selected doors or windows in Mr Louw's home. The value includes installation by Trellidor's professionally trained technicians. Trellidor's Soweto franchise is owned by businessman Lloyd Mogotsi and opened its doors in December 2009. Lloyd's team includes sales manager Hector Mayema and administrator Tebello Mogale, both of whom have many years' experience in the security barrier industry. The franchise is well positioned on Chris Hani Road, near both a taxi rank and Baragwanath Hospital and local residents are welcome to visit the showroom to see samples of Trellidor's range of security barriers.
